CAN WE RECREATE THIS PROGRAMME STATUS DASHBOARD IN EXCEL (THE EXTREME EXCEL SERIES)

In this video, I recreate a program status dashboard that shows the program health indicators, project summary panels, and a Gantt chart. Conditional formatting was the star of this show, and the fun parts were setting up an automated Gantt chart, and creating stencils from Office shapes to show the varying number of resources by project.
