Can we recreate this performance dashboard in MS Excel (THE EXTREME EXCEL SERIES)

In this video, I make a static dashboard (versus the first two that have filters for updating the view by name, time, etc.). The fun part is creating gradient charts in MS Excel, and adjusting Microsoft Office Shapes into actual items (like a fuel can). Also, there are two great hacks that help along the way: saving charts as templates, and copying shapes into charts to transform a chart into a unique shape.
