    Here's a quick macro to make Excel activate full screen view when a document is opened. It usually helps to give a Excel document a dashboard look and feel.

    Step 1: In the Excel document, press Alt+F11 to enter Visual Basic mode
    Step 2: Click on ThisWorkbook in the Worksheet view and enter the below code:

    Private Sub Workbook_Activate()
    Application.DisplayFullScreen = True
    End Sub

    Private Sub Workbook_Deactivate()
    Application.DisplayFullScreen = False
    End Sub

    Remember to save the document as a macro-enabled workbook
